From the moment we entered the facility thru departure, all services & facilities exceeded expectations. Paramount was the customer service, personnel & managment "get it" at this property. All staff went above & beyond to ensure our stay at the property plus San Miguel went smoothly. Food & Beverage also "top shelf"; bar service lovely as bartender created on the spot drinks suited to his customer base. all in all, loved the property & personnel...we'll return. they will surely give thier...

This Hotel is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly staff and the Hotel Kitchen/Restaurant is very good and not expensive!!! Absolutely thumbs up ! Anytime again!

Pool was supposed to be open at 8am. However at 8 the staff was just starting to clean it up. We ended up swimming anyway as we were leaving the same day and the staff let us do it howe9it was not pleasant to swim when the pool was not completely cleaned.

Plenty of room and very quiet. Just the sounds of bells, roosters, dogs and fireworks on Sunday morning. Wonderful breakfast in courtyard. Barbara, the host, is awesome.

This was our second visit to one of HOLT's properties for our annual staff retreats. This place was everything we were looking for and more. The entire house is gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. It's a perfect home for large groups, and the outdoor areas and beautiful views make it a great spot for a celebration as well. The staff at HOLT was very helpful and responsive, they assisted us and arranged interesting tours. We feel like we really got to experience San Miguel thanks...
