"Me gusto mucho las personas, son bien cálidas y amables, los restaurantes estan super bien, el hotel super limpio, lo único fue la playa, estaba muy sucia y no pudimos disfrutar de el mar, tal vez la temporada estaba muy mala, pero al menos hubieran limpiado la playa para que no oliera mal ya si no te puedes meter al mar al menos puedes caminar y disfrutar los atardeceres."

"It was absolutely breathtaking. There were so many things to do. The staff were very friendly. We were there for 5 days and we didn’t get a chance to explore all the hotel has to offer."

"Hotel, staff and service were a 10. Only draw back was the seaweed on the beach, but I don't hold the hotel responsible for this. I would definitely go back regardless of the seaweed."

"Booked the Royal Level for ocean front, bathtub, and free room service. Well worth the upgrade. The staff made us feel like special guests. No ask was ever denied. Perfect vacation!"

"The property is lovely! Immaculately maintained by a very friendly and helpful staff. There was access to a wide variety of delicious food choices throughout the day. My husband and I took advantage of the onsite Spa for additional self care and the service there was excellent. Went spent a lot of time outside enjoying the access to four pools plus the beach. Truly an amazing experience."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"Overall experience was great!! Clean rooms, numerous bars, staff helpful and access to other RIU properties for partygoers. Food options were plentiful you just need to find what tastes good to you and stick with it. There were plenty of pools but the closing times were too early in my opinion. The adults only pool closed at 6:30 and the others at 7:00. The beach was nice and clean. The RIU parties were fun I would suggest playing more variety of music different genres. I would recommend this ...

"Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning."

"Todo excelente, la comida las fiestas"

"We got the all-inclusive package for a family of four; my wife, my son and daughter and I. The food was phenomenal. All of the restaurants were quite excellent with the exception of the circus, which primarily catered to kids so expect kitty style menu and food there. Top restaurant in our opinion was Habibi and a close second would be the steakhouse. The grand buffet was excellent and we often went there for breakfast or lunch. Our room was next to the waterpark - a blast for the kids- and it...

"Coordinate the flight with check in time, they don’t have the flexibility to accommodate early check ins"

"After a long day of travel, we finally get to the resort where we are shuffled back-and-forth like a herd of animals waiting in different lines. Check-in took over an hour, the staff could not get it together to get us our room keys and get us on a shuttle in a timely manner. They were asking stupid questions like what is our occupation and what is our yearly salary. Our very first morning there, 8 AM the phone rings, wakes us up, and they want to schedule our shuttle back to the airport. We...

"The staff was excellent and always willing to cater to your needs anytime of the day. Pedro at the swim up bar was also the man, crafted up any drink you threw at him and did it with a smile on his face! My only downsides on our trip was the beach being full of seaweed and having a smell to it that would sometimes linger to the resort. And then the food outside of reservations at the restaurants for dinner could've been better. However the restaurants for dinner were delicious! All in all great...
