What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Nice little hotel with friendly staff and easy access to public transportation (tram stop across the street). The RhineCenter mall is one tram stop away and there are several restaurants within walking distance, as well as a good restaurant at the hotel. The street noise is loud with the windows open, but it is quiet with them closed. The hardest part for my husband was navigating the stairs (no elevator). We would stay again!

One of the staff was very very arrogant rude he gave me my room card and the room was very dirty not clean so I go back to him he told me we don't have house keeping at the moment and I will offer u new towels I told him what r u saying to stay in a dirty room he reply back don't shout at me then his manger or colleague he apologized to me and give me new room I spent in this hotel 6 night this happend at 08-july-2017 12:07 am .
