"The staff are Eden Roc,s biggest asset as they looked after us at the pool,bars,restaurants, rooms and reception always with a smile and a warm and friendly chat. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool areas are well maintained with comfortable sun beds and good towels provided. The restaurants to choose from are varied in types of cuisine and mostly good, our favourite was Miraflores Peruvian cuisine which was excellent. "Absolutely gorgeous resort. Beautiful pools and stunning beach. Food was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff were delightful. We went in May and the capacity was perfect - always plenty of sun beds by the pool and beach. App ordering system was amazing - never had to leave the sun bed! Highly recommend."

"När vu kom mitt i natten, trött och less, erbjöds vi ingen mat bara ett glas mousserande rödvin och fick sen ingen hjälp med väskorna. Rummet var ok men det saknas KROKAR och förvaring. Möblerna på balkongen var nära på barnstorlek, en ginjlig plastsoffa och bord. Vi hade halvpension och både frukost och middag var medelmåttig. Över lag trevlig personal, ett medelmåttligt hotell. Botten våningen låg en meter under markytan, hade vi fått ett sådant rum hade vi bytt hotell."
