Find All-inclusive Resorts in Saipan Municipality

I stayed at the Saipan Beach Hotel for a week in October. My room was larger then my condo in Cebu. The owners were very kind and helpful. I arrived close to midnight and the owner was waiting for me at the gate. The beach is a stone throw away from the hotel. I would definitely stay at the Saipan Beach Hotel on any future trips to Saipan.

I had the most wonderful stay! Chris and his staff were attentive and responded quickly to my requests. The property is modern for being in the middle of the Pacific. The air conditioner is cold and the water pressure good. There is a 3rd story where I would sit at 4am and just watch the day wake up with the sounds of the jungle birds and the sun peeking out over the hills. It's a 3 minute drive (10 min walk?) down to Pau Pau beach. I will be a repeat customer!

Close to downtown area; the property is under renovation but did not pose a problem. I enjoyed that it had a microwave in the room, which is not common anymore. The place felt safe and was very roomy.

The staff were all so friendly. The housekeeping was reliable. It’s a great location if you want to spend some time at the beach.

The place was stunning and beautiful! If you love sunset, this is the place to be. The beach is just right outside.

Great rooms. I wish the staff didn’t use the close to room parking spots though.

The manager was late on the 1st day of check-in, but was very helpful to us throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Nice clean good owner

Property is basically a bed and breakfast with quiet and relaxing enviroment. The are takers are the best. Very attentive to needs without imposing on your privacy. Loved it. Best veiw on the island as well.
