My check in was done by a nice young lady- can't remember her name now. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I love Pullman Zam Zam and would stay there again."

"Perfect hotel for Umrah, the location is unbeatable, and the lifts are fast, which makes everything so convenient. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They provided me with gluten-free bread and cakes every morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They even surprised me with a gluten-free cake sent to my room! It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference. All be back 🙃"
