"Pros: Overall, Riverstone Resort was a great stay and we will return. The room (2 bedroom, king condo) was very clean and well maintained. The property seemed peaceful and we liked that our balcony overlooked the neighboring golf course. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! "Hotel is very clean, very nice staff. We checked out the pool area nice I know kids would love it. Chlorine overload for me. Great breakfast, vouchers included in our reservation. Room lighting: Our room was dark even with the 4 lamps in the bedding area. Maybe brighter bulbs? AC worked great. We would stay here again."

"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. "Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night."
