"This place was well kept, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Nice pool area and the continental breakfast was about what you’d expect. I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the water pressure in the bathroom was very odd. With the shower, you basically had to stand under the shower head due to weak pressure and the water on hot was enough to burn the hide off an alligator. Otherwise, great stay!"

"Clean, nice breakfast buffet, conveniently located on the Pigeon Forge strip. Right next door to a nice BBQ restaurant (Puckett's). Free cookies and popcorn in the evening. The whole facility was clean and staff were really nice and helpful."

"This property was so clean and beautiful. Our room was perfect and all the decor was updated and classy !!! The staff were so kind. They even called to check in if we needed anything. The lazy river is gorgeous too! So unique! Sometimes when you see pictures on line they just make a place look better…. Well the place is exactly what you see…even better in person!!! When we come back to visit Tennessee we will only choose this place. Keep up the good work and don’t ever change!!! Your property is AMAZING !! Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"Is a place I love to stay but they was all jack up when we stayed. When we arrived we was supposed to stay at the Hotel part and they gave us a room number that didn’t even exist. Didn’t realize it till we tried to find the room. So went back to the desk and they said it was at the Inn so went backed all the stuff up and went there and tried to find the room there. Well there was someone staying in the room so we packed everything to desk there and they told us it was at the Hotel. So we packed everything back up and went back to the Hotel went to the desk and ask them what was going on? Well the they had gave us the wrong room number to start out with. Our room was at the Hotel the whole time. They only bad thing is we had a pregnant young lady with us and had to go back and forth so many times packing all our bags. Have stayed at the Hotel couple of times and this was the first time ever having any problems. Well like staying there and understand sometimes its just bad days for staff."

"First room had a smoke detector that was beeping, the front desk clerk was by herself and didn't have anyone in maintenance working to change the battery in it so she changed our room. Second room, the a/c wasn't working so she changed our room again. Third room, everything was in good working order, she was very helpful and nice, we enjoyed our stay."
