"The three goo things about the hotel are the location, the soft beds and the staff. It's older and can definitely use a lot of work but that was reflected in the price. It was the cheapest hotel we found available in town. Everything was walkable from the hotel. You step out your door and right into everything you could ever want to do in Gatlinburg. The beds were clean and comfy with warm bedding. The staff was helpful, kind and easy to talk to."

"We had a great weekend. We will definitely stay here again. My kid loved the pools. The room was clean and the property beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My son only ate a bowl of fruit loops and we wasn't charged for him."

"Very nice scenery and ambient lighting around the property at night. We got the one bedroom with the fireplace in the Jacuzzi! It was absolutely beautiful. The Jacuzzi was deep and had plenty of room for two when I got in there by myself I felt like I was just swimming and floating around because it was big which I love it makes my trip so much more fun. The balcony was nice. We had a view of the waterfall, the room was clean. The AC worked great!"
