"This was my first time staying at a budget friendly hotel and I was impressed. It was clean, smelled clean, the beds were a bit firm but they need to be in order to last. We will definitely be back. "The motel was right outside the entrance of the Smoky Mountains, so it was conveniently located. The room was very spacious/clean and it even had a fire place. The only problem was that the toilet did not fill up water after each flush, so I had to play MacGyver and use the trash bin to fill up water and pour it into the tank. Overall, it was wonderful."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast that is included is more than just the normal continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, gravy and more are served up by a very nice husband and wife couple. "Location is close to downtown restaurants and some attractions. It is also close to the Park; a trail to the Sugarlands Visitor Center is located at the end of River Road. The room was large and had a small balcony for two. The breakfast was better than a continental breakfast advertised. Parking is in a two level garage and leads to the lobby. Pool is good for kids or for adults to cool off. There is a town trolley system which we did not use but seemed to be popular. We recommend this hotel. "
