"The breakfast was fresh and offered good variety. It was nice to have coffee and hot water for tea available into the evening."

"Breakfast was very good, and went to 11:00 am for convenience. The pool looked nice but was still locked in mid May. The highlight is the fast flowing river out your back patio—super cool. You can also walk downtown or take the free trolley. Driving/parking in Gatlinburg can be a challenge, though some restaurants have free parking if dining there."

Embassy Suites By Hilton Gatlinburg Resort

"Breakfast was amazing, which I always have with Embassy Suites! Pool area is gorgeous and spacious! My only complaint is that our balcony was over the trash bin/ alley area, but someone has to get that one. Restaurant options were very limited, but they do have Starbucks coffee in their shop- most of the menu available. Parking is 15.00 per night as well. Oh, and they do allow dogs, which barked sometimes during the day, but I do love dogs, so no complaints there. Overall it was a fantastic and we had a great time! "

Comfort Suites Gatlinburg Downtown-Convention Center

"Breakfast was not ready at 7:12am on our first day. I asked where utensils were for the eggs, worker from front desk took way too long to obtain them. I’m guessing he was covering someone who was late?? Either way, the waffle station was not ready either. No cooking spray (needed for waffle iron), no mess tray below the waffle irons, none of the irons seemed to be working for some reason (they worked on other days when we ate breakfast later). I made a mess and waffle was barely cooked correctly with 0 help from staff. The coffee is really, really bad. Rooms were barely cleaned everyday. Just the bare min was done which is fine. If you want a hotel for a good price this place is it. It was clean enough, quiet and very convenient. We saw bears outside the parking garage. Don’t expect breakfast being ready at 7! "
