"Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!"

"This property is great. Lots of space inside and out. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus lots of extras. We have stayed at Frank's properties four times and already booked for 2025."

"We just found this cabin a couple of years ago, & now it’s our go-to stay away from home. It’s a quaint clean private cabin, & is in a convenient location close to attractions but private enough that you don’t hear all of the town noise. We love staying here."

"Great little cabin for two. We enjoyed the walk-in shower and the hottub. We didn't have to drive far into Pigeon Forge to get to the grocery store or attractions. Somewhat secluded with other cabins up the hill. The deck would of been more appealing with the weeds/grass cut around it and the little creek cleaned up a bit, that's our only negative. Overall, we loved the cabin, and will book again!"

"Our family throughly enjoyed our extraordinary week spent here. With myself having mobility issues, it was awesome that all living and sleeping areas, and all entrances were on the main level. We loved the absolute seclusion, but was easily accessible to get to. Our only neighbors were a some bear families...alot of them. We adored their daily visits, just note, don't leave the doors open to soak up the mountain air...they will make themselves at home 😉"

"The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back."

"We were very happy with the inside of the cabin. The cleanliness and everything provided for our stay. But we were not happy with the outside. The porch had not been cleaned in awhile and the side porch was very dirty. We had to clean the table and chairs off so we could sit down. And vacuum the screened in area because of the dead bugs and cob webs everywhere."

"My wife and I, along with our three married children and their spouses, and our two grandsons (ages 6 & 3) have been taking an annual trip for the last several years. This was the first in which the accommodations were ideal! We try to balance eating out and cooking. The kitchen and dining areas served us extremely well! The river view/access was simply awesome! That each bedroom has its own bathroom was a huge plus! Wish we could take this property with all its awesomeness on all our family...
