"Helpful staff, beautiful rooms and baths"

"Nice room and onsen. Excellent staff. Enjoyed the food and photography exhibit."

"とても快適でした。部屋がとても大きなところも良いところでした。 風呂がへやからちかく、24時間入れることもよかったです。 次は冬に利用したいと思います！ 霧がすごくて行くまでの道のりが大変でした。"

"Amazong food, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and wonderful onsen"

"The room is clean, friendly staff but breakfast is very basic. "

"We stayed for the traditional experience and the Onsen, absolutely fabulous!, super convenient just a 10 minute walk to station, and Lawsons. "

"Very close to Gondola, kind staff, healthy breakfasts"

"We stayed here and were impressed with the service. It is primarily a ski hotel and we needed to transport our baggage down the slope at an early hour...the staff willingly did it by tobaggan. This is a traditional japanese hotel...witg futons and communal bathing area which was fun to experience. Snow monkeys were fun to see."
