"The views are excellent and hotel staff are wonderful and.helpful. Bathroom showers water leaks to adjoining toilet. More hooks to hang towels and robes will be great. We enjoyed the complimentary teas and coffees. A lot of walking to food court is needed and I wish there are more convenient food take out shops like sandwich/coffee/burger nearby."

"The executive suite was fantastic, however, you’ll definitely wanna book breakfast as an add-on. Studio 26 was really good as a break out space, and they had decent coffee, fruit and snacks, however, nothing to replace a meal."

"Excellent location, spacious room, good facilities and caring and responsive staff."

"This hotel was 5 star+++. From our check in to our check out. We were offered an upgrade from our already beautiful room i thought I picked which then included breakfast each day. Free drinks in our fridge and a beautiful box full of chips, biscuits, nuts and other goodies. The room was a great size with a balcony on the 21st floor overlooking Marina Bay Sands. Breakfast was so good. Such a wonderful variety. Something for everyone. We had a turn down service every night of our bed and...

"Absolutely wonderful staff. Daughter had a medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help us get her to the hospital and then to make her feel comfortable after the hospital they decorated the room and gave her presents. It was so amazing of them."

"I liked my stay but had to leave at 5 am for airport. I missed the great breakfast and felt I should have received a refund for it"

"Best"

"The Grand. Copthorne Waterfront, was an excellent choice. The greeting from the doorman, the reservation assistant provided excellent service at every interaction. My room was well appointed with modern comfortable beds. I was given an accessible room, which for me was most suitable. Now about the mushroom soup in the Lobby Lounge.I have eaten lots of mushrooms soups in a variety of place's, but none compares to this. We ate there two days. My friend had breakfast at the buffet and raved about...

"The location"

"部屋も綺麗で立地もよくとてもよかったです。部屋同士も生活音など聞こえずとても良かったです。 地下鉄に乗る際は少し歩くが、タクシーの場合だとエレベーターを降りてすぐ外のエントランスにタクシー来てくれるのでとても便利でした。 料金もお手頃でシンガポールに行く際の定宿になりそうな予感。 部屋の窓に蟻がいたので、そこだけ気になった。"

"Nice hotel and lovely staff in a good location for Orchard activities. My room was a tad tired and felt expensive for the money compared to other offers in Singapore. Gym seemed to have no aircon or poor aircon which was not great. Overall a good hotel if it comes up at a reasonable price."

"空港からすぐにチェクインして、深夜であっても各ターミナルの飲食街が営業中で楽しめる。ホテルのプールは清潔で、ラウンジも充実していて満足できた。土産の購入も各ターミナルの数多い店舗で選択の多さから満足できた。シンガポールの市内には、MRTを利用すれば安心で各地に自由に移動し、クレジットカードのタッチ決済で楽に利用できた。"
