"With 2 Queen beds, the clean, comfortable room was too cramped. Toilet/Shower was also cramped, but worked well. Walls kept neighbors mostly quiet. We Could self-serve Coffee, tea and filter tap water for drinking in the room with the coffee-tea-water filter machine. Towels were generous, staff very helpful. The room had a modern art aesthetic; the furniture dark, and the lighting bright white, not incandescent warm, which lent itself to a less inviting atmosphere. Located about 5 minute walk...

"The hotel itself was excellent. Sadly, the staff weren’t always so helpful - but always friendly. Some inconsistencies with room service during my stay: coffee arriving cold, wrong order, no condiments - that sort of thing. I had a massage at the spa and my masseuse was truly a magician (thanks again)! One thing that I did struggle with is the caged birds in reception. Granted they were there all day, but still, they did bounce around their cages which was sad to see."

"Spacious rooms, regard an extra bed for a room with three adults, which was very nice. Helpful stuff we got an early check-in at 7 AM for extra pay. We had special requests that were honored on time. Great location and beautiful views from rooms"
