"Excellent at the arriving door. Went to the desk and not well explaining everything. We didn’t know that all the drinks in the fridge are free so we didn’t touch it, No wardrobe in the room and was hard for 10 days our clothes still in our suitcases. Noisy next room during the night making loud noises. Shower was not working. Big light by the sofa was not working and we reported it. "Marina Bay Sands is an absolutely amazing building and a real experience in itself. The rooms are stunning, beautifully finished and exactly what you would expect from such an iconic hotel. The location is fantastic and very hard to beat. The choice of restaurants is second to none, and the shopping centre is incredible — virtually every designer and luxury brand you could think of is available. The Infinity Pool is something very special and definitely one of the highlights of staying here....
