"It says Inn but actually, it’s a youth hostel .the room that we were staying -sink was leaking and there was not proper door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The only upside is it was right on the heart of night market and convenient to take the bus to the airport. Breakfast was literally bread and ham .. Overall staffs were very friendly, but if you are looking for the amenities and comfort like the proper hotel, this is not the place. This is a youth hostel."

"La alfombra esta sucia. El recepcionista no muy agradable Desyuno bien"

"Luxurious hotel in the centre of Seoul close to Lotte department store with an amazing bar and pool"

"The location of this hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also convenient to the train station. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and decent size."

"Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant with amazing and assorted choices of food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room service menu is vast and really delicious."

"Lage gut.

"Really great room and location!"

"Great location, conveniently close to Myeondong, free washer/dryer, clean room, big tv. Would stay again :)"

"The hotel was clean, nice, had luxurious feel at entry, the room was ok ( although quite average for a 5 star hotel and had to call maintenance for a few issues like A/C and lighting not working) However , what really annoyed and frustrated us was lack of proper service and support from front desk staff. It seemed they are always in rush and would not care or even listen to our requests as if we are bothering them ! It felt we either had to have a channel bag in hand or be Korean to get proper...

"Everything was great but they are really weird about the pool and you have to reserve it in hour long blocks on the weekends. Not a huge deal but would have booked something cheaper without a pool if I knew it was a strict schedule. Not a deal breaker and the hotel was in a great location to sites and very nice everything breakfast was included with the package and it was the best I have ever had."

"The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was among the best in the area. Across the street from a beautiful temple and close to Insadong, with shops just 100 yds away."
