"Great location and friendly front desk staff."

"The location of this hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also convenient to the train station. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and decent size."

"Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant with amazing and assorted choices of food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room service menu is vast and really delicious."

"Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again."

"Room was clean and staff were helpful when asked. Nice location close to subway with easy access to palaces. Disappointed that the room lacked body lotion."

"Great location. Bus to airport just across from the street. Subway station is like dozens steps away. Night market is a block away. We stayed at the top floor 20F and it was quiet. Nice view of Namsan tower. Room is not big but manageable. Buffet breakfast is convenient and has good varieties of both western and Asian items. Self-service Laundry with dryers was helpful too. Would definitely return if visiting Seoul again."
