"The room was hot and humid with no way of cooling it down - the window only opened a tiny amount and the fan was not powerful enough for the room size. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, which made the situation worse. The bedding was uncomfortable - pillows were very lumpy, bedding too warm for the weather. The fridge was also broken. We expected the pool to be nice... but it was crowded and felt dirty. The changing cubicles were strange - the door had been removed on one, the door...

"We stayed in one of the family rooms overlooking the park. The rooms were comfy, clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. Our room looked onto the park, with views of the animals which the kids were delighted about. We had breakfast included. There was plenty of choice, albeit the quality of the food wasn't the best. That said, there was lots of space, and helpful staff. The hotel was perfectly situated for us. Overall a great stay."

"The rooms had wooden floors which I really liked, felt clean and modern. The bathroom had a huge shower and was clean. It was in a great location, very close to the city hall where we were going for an event. My only issue was we went to the rooftop bar and the staff member who served us came across as very bored and not friendly which was a disappointment as everyone else seemed very friendly there."
