"Excellent choice of a hotel in Ushuaia. Centrally located near shops, restaurants, port. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast in room ( and evening restaurant) with scenic views. Highly recommend."

"Everything was fine till the last day when the lady from reception told my father in a rude way that we couldn't leave because we were owing them money; we did the check out the last night with another person and all the bills were paid. What bothered us was the way in which she said it, not the correct one to treat a guest"

"The rooms were cleaned and staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok. The rooms were very warm and we could not make it cooler. There is not AC just the radiators to warm up the rooms. We left the window opened and closed the valve that was so supposed to turn off the heater but it didnt work right away. Location is good and walka distance to the downtown. "
