"The photos aren’t representative of the property. We were excited to stay at a full-experience Onsen and expecting amenities such as cold baths, saunas, and multiple hot baths — this is not the case. Rather, the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos, there are only two hot baths, and nothing else. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and clean. If you’re in or around this area, opt for a day Onsen and less expensive hotel for a better value."

"From checkin to checkout, our experience at the hotel was great. The staff were great to deal with, very friendly. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We used the shuttle to and from the train station with no issues. The hotel is a bit away from the main area, however, it is walkable when it's light out. I would not recommend lugging your bags from the train station. Either use the shuttle or take a taxi."

"Excellent property with a infrared sauna and private Onsen!"

"Short and nice stay. Enjoyed the dinner on site and direct access to unesco site. Team at restaurant and reception doing their best to support you travel plan and fully enjoy the stay. Thank you!"
