"大変お世話になりました。お部屋は２間で綺麗に清掃されていました。スタッフは外国人の方が優しく対応してくださいました。お風呂は露天風呂の温度が低くて寒かったです。内風呂は温かかったです。洗面台や床に大量の髪の毛が落ちていてモップで掃除をしました。ゴミ箱が少ないのかゴミが溢れていました。フリードリンクもありましたがビールがなかったのが残念でした。食事は朝食のみでしたがあまり食べられないので充分でした。エレベーターが直ぐ閉まってしまうので毎回手で押さえて出入りしていたのでもう少し開いている時間を長く設定した方が良いと思います。家族旅行には良いと思います。"

"I liked this hotel not because it's new or something extraordinary, but it was just an ordinary hotel that serviced everything I expected and a good free breakfast. The value is really good. Clean room, clean bathroom, all the amenities expected, free water bottles, room size wasn't too small nor big. Just right for a weary tourist looking for a comfortable bed and a clean room plus a breakfast included. It's my kind of hotel."

"Area was quite remote and you need a car to get around Nasu as there is nothing in walking distance, however snacks and drinks were complimentary each day at set hours, mineral outdoor onsen/spar was perfect and staff were amazing. Airconditioning was disappointing as it was preset with the main hotel and could not change temperature only adjust fan. Views were amazing from the restaurant and breakfast bar. Many young children when we stayed as the hotel focuses on kids with indoor and outdoor playground. Overall very nice hotel with amazing staff and great place to base yourself and explore Nasu with a car. "
