"I LIKE THE QUIETNESS AND COMFORTABLY"

"The host was great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the place was clean. So close to the concert venue. I would have liked a heartier lock on the door and the stairs were steep!"

"Great place to stay! Felt like home. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and welcoming.I would recommend this location to anyone and plan to stay again in the future."

"Loved the location on a quiet cove, allowing us to float and swim around without worrying too much about passing boats. The house was well stocked with helpful items and was clean. It was a little small, but worked for the 2 of us. The most challenging areas were the bedroom and the bathroom regarding space. The outdoor areas were excellent, including the deck and furniture, and the firepit area. We stayed M-F and there were no neighbors, but the house on the right is pretty close if they were...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area is great, lots of shade and flat yard for games. The fire pit is great and the chairs on the dock are a nice touch. We would recommend a boat if you want to swim, swimming off the dock is not ideal. There are lots of weeds but nothing the host can really do about it. The house is a great layout, kitchen is fully stocked. The week we were there was incredibly hot. There is a window AC unit upstairs but it doesn’t really cool the room across the house...

"We had a very nice time at the A-frame. You can tell the owners pay a lot of attention to the details and had everything we needed and more! Things like yoga mats, outdoor and indoor games, and all kinds of pots and pans, as well as cooking implements like a mixer and milkshake maker were great. The decor is impeccably done and adds a nice eclectic style to the house. The location was convenient to Skaneateles, which was where we spent a good amount of our time. We would definitely return."

"We loved the place; nice to be right on the water."

"House was lovely! It was a super cold weekend and the house was warm and cozy. "

"Lovely cottage, but the anxious owner was vigilant about watching the ring door camera and spying our coming & goings."

"Newly renovated property - everything is new and works well. Excellent lay out for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Beautiful views of the lake. Took advantage of the paddle board and kayaks. It was a great weekend. Highly recommend this property."

"Spacious house for our annual multi generation family reunion! Amenities were generous and the lake frontage was perfect for swimming and boating. We loved everything about this place!"

"From the glass of Prosecco offered at check-in,the gorgeous well thought out room. two pools (the outdoor one heated to 86 degrees year round) miniature golf and , bocce next to them, firepits, award winning restaurant, nightly turndown service leaving delicious cookies - I can't say enough nice things about this wonderful hotel."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Appreciate coffee in room microwave and blow dryer. Quiet. Nice staff"

"Not a good experience!"
