"Hotels is charming and in excellent location. It is old buildings so don’t except modern amenities but is charming and great place to stay. "

"Upside is that breakfast was included. Dinner menu was limited in choice. There were no lighter options. For example; salad, charcuterie board. The gardens and view are spectacular. The walls are surprisingly thin. I could clearly hear people’s conversations as well other activities. Air conditioning was working well which was appreciated during the warm days. Shuttle service has 2 drops off locations. Michael Angelo (great sunset) and the second location brings you within 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Bring good walking shoes ! "
