The room is spotlessly clean; the room that we were given is just perfect; it directly faces Matterhorn and we were welcomed by the stunning view of this “magic mountain” early this morning; it has made our day. "The view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony was magnificent! The only negative of our stay was coffee. There is no option in the room which I assume is for fire safety. When having breakfast in the dining area the coffee is served by the cup. When there are 8-20 guests at one time and one server who is hustling it's not efficient. There is no fault on the server just the system. "
