Additionally, the bathroom sink had a leak underneath and one of our towels was damp from it and a bit musty. When we went to reception to report the issue and request a new towel, there was a long line so we did without (we did check in on a Friday afternoon, so busy was expected). "The hotel is right above the central station so connections are easy to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff are kind. High traffic at breakfast (weekend) but I got my coffee. The rooms are clean, which is most important for me."

"Located close to the tram and ferry terminals, it was really easy to take the free ferry back and forth from the downtown to the hotel"

My spouse is a vegetarian so we always appreciate when vegetarian diets are considered. Hotel is quite clean and spacious. We travelled with our dog and we had a small dog bed with 2x drinking bowls in the room on arrival. There is a very nice looking restaurant and a rooftop bar that is also dog...

"Nothing beats the washing machine and your own kitchen"

"ロケーションは最高。スタッフも親切。朝食も依頼すれば3時から食べられる。 エレベーターは少し古いが、台数が多く待ち時間が少ない。部屋の中は新しくて清潔"

"Rooms were a good size but basic in terms of fittings. We found lifts easy to get. Very good location. Public transport to city centre was very convient. Plus local supmarket. Very good breakfast, nice afternoon treat lovely dinner arrangement. Staff always Very helpful. But they need to clean, windows ledge. Next visit would stay here again."
