Very nice hotel and room. Complimentary bottle prosecco,, juice, both types of water. Very short walk to st. Marc square. Plenty of shopping and restaurants everywhere. Concierge was very helpful.

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!! Breakfast and coffee were outstanding! Ultra modern, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent location for access to water transport, St. Marks Square, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel highly. No complaints whatsoever!

Rooms were small but lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. All staff were very pleasant. Reception staff were terrific! Very convenient location and very reasonably priced.

We were upgraded to a canal view without extra charge, a nice perk. There was a gondola right outside the door and that seemed more personal than going to the pier to get one. The check-in was quick and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with our many questions. The location was really good. The best thing we did was spend extra money and have the hotel arrange a water taxi from the airport to the door of the hotel. We heard from other travelers how difficult it was to find their hotels...
