"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "

"The hotel itself was OK, except for not so fresh smell in the room and the bathroom, everything was acceptable. The biggest problem had started in a middle of the night. The textile banner that is attached to the wall by a metal holder and some (loose) bolts generated terrible noise with every gust of wind. "The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."
