"Very friendly staff member greeted us at 2.30 am. And I can kind of understand why we were given a ground floor room at that time of the morning. BUT unfortunately the curtains were hanging off and definitely Not blackout. Plus the carpark was outside our window and we were woken early by a coach loading up. Waste of a late checkout.! I did comment on the curtains when we checked out. That’s the first time I have not enjoyed a Moxy stay."

"Convenient to airport. Room good, little noise. Reception staff helpful but one older bar member not so. Breakfast not up to usual Hilton standard."

"Excellent stay and good."

"Room was kept clean Staff were wonderful and helpful Kitchen was appalling, so didn’t use Didn’t have a car but parking appeared good I had no clue this was a hostel when I booked so was taken a back on arrival. Sadly because of the time of year nothing else was available. I left 2 days early If you’re desperate for somewhere to sleep it’s fine. Shared toilets and showers was not wonderful especially since I was as booked for 2 weeks. I survived"

"The room was perfect for a one night stay before flying out the next day. Close to the airport, a full breakfast included, and a nice room made it all perfect"

"Room was clean and comfortable, location was convenient for getting to the airport for an early flight"

"Stayed only one night so wasn’t able to use the spa (arrived late, left early) but it looked terrific!"

"Great hotel near Edinburgh! The water of the pool was pretty hot. Our bathroom was pretty nice too. Near the hotel (10min by car) there is a great grec restaurant dont miss out!"

"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable. Staff were...

"I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the airport but it isn’t and the cab ride was $65! The food was also disappointing in the restaurant and really expensive for what I had"

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"We stayed here a few weeks ago for a week. This time we were only here for two nights so we were put in a smaller room on the second floor. It was just right for two nights. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area."

"يومين للراحة"

"Lena was a wonderful receptionist. She went above and beyond."

"A unique hotel, close to the airport. Fantastic restaurant, and our room was lovely."
