"Rooms were large, beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of different choices. Would stay here again."

"This is still a great hotel; however, the last two times I have stayed there, I have had trouble getting into my room before 3pm. Also, the halls outside the rooms are now reeking of cigarette smoke. I can no longer give this hotel five stars, unfortunately."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is still under construction. As a result we heard drills and hammering until after 1am. Phone not connected. Wifi passwords all confused and no one to help. After 2hrs sleep as we had an early flight, I informed the staff at checkout of poor quality stay. They agreed about noise from builders and said others had complained. I asked for manager to folllow up- Nothing!!! I asked Expedia to follow up- and they denied any building going on. Plain lying!!! How disgusting to treat customers this way. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!!! "
