"I had a wonderful stay at Banyan tree Lijiang. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during my stay. Nevertheless, the hotel and facilities were amazing! Abby, Coco and Xiao Tang at the reception were also amazing and made us all feel so welcome!"

"It was a pleasant stay and staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived really early in the morning but checking in was smooth. Quite close to the train station and it was easy to catch a morning train. "

"We booked a room with a sofa bed for our teen, and they had it made up for us upon arrival— very nice! Bed was very comfortable, loved that they had windows that could actually open so we could get fresh air. Only reason I didn’t put excellent for more categories is because one day of our multi day stay, they did a less than stellar job on cleaning up and didnt refill our coffee stash. But the other days were excellent."
