"The room wasn’t super clean. Some of the staff was nice while others seemed disconnected. No one let us know the water park wasn’t open. And half the hotel was under active construction. I got a flat on the property and was told no one was willing to help me with my issue and figure it out. On top of that, house keeping never showed up the whole week. I was told that they come once every 5 days. Needless to say I was taking my own trash out daily and asking for fresh towels for my family of 5. The pull out couch was gross and appeared not even looked over during cleaning. Can’t say I’ll be returning unfortunately. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned as I found someone else's hair on the floor. Also, the line to get checked in for the main pool was absurd. They need to come out with a better system to track who enters the main pool. "

"Really good location, everything is really clean. The staff were very friendly. The only thing is that the elevator is pretty slow and some of them were out service. For that price I feel it was pretty good to be honest. "
