"Great family place to stay "

"We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. We are a family of 4. The hotel is great for families especially for young children. They have great amenities and the location is great only 6 miles from magic kingdom. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars but the staff is not friendly. The staff from the restaurant out by the pool are the worst. In one occasion I simply asked for ice and the girl working the early shift gave it to me with an attitude. The convenience of having Walmart across the street is also a plus. I would probably stay here again simply on location and the fact that they maintain it clean. "

I checked in late and the room I originally booked was unavailable and he spoke with his supervisor and got me into a premium suite at no extra charge for the inconvenience.
