"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us. "This hotel is closed everything to Old Town Zurich and 2 super market and lots of restaurant. You can walk about 5 minutes from train station. The hotel has 2 restaurants, Our experience with Kings Cave restaurant is great, the manager is sweet and Mr. Jovo is the best. I recommend every one travel to Zurich try Kingscave restaurant. "

"First time at a self check-in hotel, so that was a little bit of an adjustment, but the directions were clear and it all worked fine. We enjoyed our stay. Room was quiet and clean. Hotel is easy to get to from the train station by tram 6 or 10 so you don't have to climb the hill with luggage. "

"Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good. "
