"We enjoyed our stay"

"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us. "Without anti-slip grab bar / handrail, and with the moveable glass panel, it poses safety concern when getting in/out of the bathtub especially for old people."

"The hotel is in a great location close to HB and on a tram/bus route. There are no staff on site and entry, check-in and check-out are done online. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a couple of maintenance issues which I contacted management about, and they were quick to reply, but not resolved, but I only stayed 1 night"
