Breakfast was good and filling. Owner was responsive, actually proactive in communicating, making sure we were able to access the property easily, knew where we could go for dinner, etc... Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks.
