"We had such a pleasant stay at Cozumel! The rooms were very clean and we loved that it came with a hammock. The food was honestly very satisfactory for an all inclusive — we enjoyed the snack bar and restaurant a lot! Just make sure you ask for the hours of each (buffet/snack bar/restaurant) so you are aware. The bar also had great drinks! All of our activities were booked through the hotel as well which was very helpful. You can snorkel and dive at the hotel but we also booked ATV riding, cenote swimming, and stingray meeting! Tony at the resort who hosted our karaoke was great :) all the staff were very very friendly. "

"Disappointed. Food was mediocre. Never hot, usually cold. Poor selection of food in the buffet area. Waiting in lines for an omelet was extremely long., Service was slow or food never came. Lighting in bathroom was very poor, difficult to see anything. Offered great deals on excursion but then told had to go through a 90 minute presentation on a Member Plan to get the deals. Lasted 2.5 hours.... painful high pressures sales. Has a tiny beach and not other beachfront to walk along."

"There's a 7/11 dowstairs for anything you might need , 10 min from the flag or the clock plaza, restaurants, stores, icecream, local vendors all within walking distance. AC working great kept the room comfortable. Clean rooms Hotel offers coffee, hot water , croissant with butter and jelly and they'll bring a tray to tour room every morning at the time you decide. There is a pool but was too busy to go try it. Overall I recomend it."

"This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!"

"The only complaint I have about the facility was the beds. Sat on concrete pads and were worn out making it feel like you were sleeping on the concrete. Did not have a good nights sleep our entire stay because I was constantly waking up from my body being sore from sleeping on a concrete pad."

"Room was dated, but clean, large and comfortable. 2 small pools and grounds for hanging out for a short while. Shared kitchens easily accessible. About 1.5 miles from Ferry. No walkable restaurant options. Overall, a good option at a very affordable price as a base for day trips for diving, etc."
