"The courtyard and grounds were a magical, lush and creative landscape. It was so tranquil especially in the evening with the pretty lighting and the large comfy hammock. It belies the outward appearance of the building (which is clean, bright and colourful). We were pleasantly surprised and as a bonus in May, we had it all to ourselves. No TV in the room, and we didn't miss it lol."

"The location was perfect. Walking distance from the ferry terminal and a couple of rent car companies. The staff were kind and the breakfast and rooftop pool were very nice. The night club in front of the hotel was a little noisy, but not a serious problem."

"We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "

"My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks.
