"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"
"Lovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check in"

She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. "We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe.
Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee.
I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "

Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. "My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe!
