"The hotel is lovely and the staff was nice, but it was not a good experience. My room was unpleasant. My bathroom (toilet) didn’t work.
There was also a problem on arrival. I had a terrible time finding the place because the hotels.com listing had no proper address. The cab driver who has worked here for decades had never heard of this tiny place. I ended up dropped me a mile away (where the dot on google maps was) after midnight and a long day of travel. Addresses are strangely nonspecific in...
"This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area. "

"Nice place to stay in Playa Carmen. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was huge. Comfortable beds, nice patio and kitchen. The washer and dryer were hsndy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again"

"We only stayed one night, but the rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The location is really good, minutes away from la 5ta, there are restaurants, money exchange, and many things to do in walking distance. The pool is a bit small but for the area is very good."
