"The staff were all very welcoming, polite and helpful. We did utilize the airport shuttle and felt it was worth it! We loved our room. Not many hotel/resorts I’ve stayed at have ceiling fans and as small of a detail as it sounds, it was heaven for me as a hot sleeper! Asiana was our favorite restaurant on site! We loved the Saturdays foam party and the poolside entertainment the other days we were there. The breakfast buffet was great. We also worked out at their gym and it had plenty of great equipment. We also booked a Cabana for the foam party and it was so worth it. Wish there were more areas around the pool for food and beverage though."

"This resort was very beautiful. The staff goes out of their way to ensure guests are having a good time. The beaches are combed every morning and the sargassum seaweed is regularly picked up. There is a wide variety of food available at numerous restaurants. Being an all-inclusive resort makes grab-and-go food easily accessible. However, downsides were during check-in, the staff immediately greets you, offers you your first drinks, then directs you to a salesperson who tries to upsell you by offering cheap coupons for services that requires purchases (so, not all-inclusive). Even when we advised the staff we had pre-arranged our spa treatment and excursions, they attempted to have us buy the same services, again. Next, I am sure it is going to be beautiful, but there is a large, on-going construction project for another pool area that dominates 1/2 of the central grounds with construction starting early in the morning (6 am) and not ending until late at night (after 10 pm). The construction area's walls block any ocean breeze beyond the pool area making the heat and humidity difficult to deal with. The spa staff were spectacular. The beach's sailboat excursion (free) and the snorkeling (additional cost) was very fun and the staff was more than accommodating. Staff was always at hand asking if any thing was needed. The nightly shows were very entertaining and there were activities throughout the day for those who were interested. Would recommend for couples."

"This resort was very beautiful service was great from the beginning we had Alberto & Juan that was so helpful. The service from Orlando Sebastian and Jose was always so great. All of the restaurants had amazing food! The evening strolls, walking along the beach and drinking by the swing bar were the best relaxation. At the end of stay we enjoyed a morning at the spa, the ladies were amazing!! Overall it was a wonderful peaceful experience."

"Book privilege it was the best experience. Staff was so nice Alan was the butler assigned to us he was so sweet. The food was good I cant really say I have any complaints there. The whole fried fish and the Mahi Mahi amazing. Its not a party resort though just good for relaxation and the drinks are amazing"

"The hotel staff were excellent! The housekeeping team was absolutely on top of everything. You could leave your room for half a second and come back to find your clothes folded and neatly put away. Exceptional service all around! Laura, our server, was also excellent and extremely attentive. She was always on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. My only complaint would be the sales pitch team. I understand that it’s their job, but they were very persistent about trying to sell us their Reserve Club. It became a little overwhelming at times. Overall, though, the staff and service were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay!"
