"Everything was great! One thing I would recommend is to change the music in the restaurants. They piped in jazz. This is Mexico! Play music that is germane to the culture and region! Even by the main pool, music was subpar. Otherwise, the staff is great! Mexico has beautiful people, hard working and genuine. Thanks Hyatt!"

"This resort is truly a beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation! The dining experience is excellent, with three wonderful à la carte restaurants for dinner, offering great food and a lovely atmosphere. There is also a buffet available for breakfast and lunch with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The swimming pools are amazing, and one of the things I loved most was being surrounded by so much beautiful nature. The entire property feels მშვიდ and tropical, making it a wonderful place to relax and disconnect. Another huge advantage is the incredible location right next to Xcaret Park—you can literally walk to the park! Having the ocean nearby, beautiful pools, excellent food, and nature all around makes this resort a fantastic destination. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for anyone looking for great dining, beautiful surroundings, amazing pools, and the convenience of being just steps away from one of the best parks in the Riviera Maya. I would definitely recommend it."

"Vacationed here for our honeymoon. Beach was beautiful. Well maintained. A tractor was picking up seaweed every morning. Food was 4 out of 5 stars. A few misses but generally good. The little 24hr coffee shop is awesome to have. Only real things that needs improvement is the entertainment. The “acrobat show” and their “boogie nights” was… we will say underwhelming. At least for what’s considered a fine star resort. Also they do push a bit as soon as you arrive for you to attend a Hilton presentation. I didn’t really like having a sales pitch to attend a sales pitch on my vacation at a five star resort. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. The staff was the highlight with 5/5 service and friendliness."
