"It is an unbeatable value. Highly recommend bringing a real stroller because there will be a lot of walking. I’m so glad I brought the infant carrier for my 3 year old because he was not having all the walking lol. My five year old rode in the umbrella stroller. I wish I brought our BOB stroller for some rough roads and storage capability. Also recommend bringing bags of poolside snacks and juice boxes because kiddo snacks are not accessible easily. It was a blast, Mexico night was a super fun evening and the property is beautiful and so romantic at night. Highly recommend this for families with young kiddos. The night show was great, staff were kind and helpful. It’s not a foodie adventure spot, but the food was fine really. It’s more of a chore to eat than anything, but we were there for the fun and adventure more than a fancy food experience. Can’t enjoy a good meal anyways with a 3 and 5 year old. You won’t starve, some buffet nights were better than others, we all ate very well regardless!"

"Clean and nice resort! We liked it. Recommend to stay here if you’re planing. The only thing that you should be aware of as of today is undergoing construction, but it’s not that bad as some people say. Food: excellent (for a resort it’s actually good, but it’s not your fancy food from your favorite restaurant, but it’s definitely taste good, no problem with that at all, plenty of options) Rooms: they clean it good, and everything works had no issues with that. Pool: bring pool shoes, it’s definitely 2 out of 5, they need to remodel/restore it, because oh man it’s scratchy and dirty (mostly sand from the beach, and dead bugs). But water activities are fun and they like every hour or so, it was fun playing pool volleyball. Ocean: as of October 26 it had a lot of seagrass and dirty, NOT swimmable. They were cleaning it regularly every day, but nature is nature what can you do! So if you go here for beach it’s definitely NOT THE BEST TIME TO GO. Stuff: excellent, just excellent, no need for more comments. Thank you everyone. Spa: it’s all right, on my opinion it’s not worth it, also it’s too expensive. Anyways, we liked it, even thought there was construction, seagrass and not the best pools. That’s your main concerns before you book it. Thank you everyone who made it feel special, it was good vacation."

"Hotel is clean and well maintained. The shows they provied for entertainment is one of the best ive seen. Their is plenty of food options( I recomend mexican night). The stage they have and entertainment they provide is wonderful. The staff is friendly, anyone who passes you greets you. If you get a room at the far right entrance you have to wait for the trans to take you, but be mindful that they say the trans starts service at 7 and they dont. Just in case you have to rush for a tour in the morning. I think they did not expect to have alot of tourist and they were under staffed. The waiters at the restaurants took along time to attend to us and never came back for more drinks. Overall its a good experiance ,"
