"The Hyatt Vivid is amazing! The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and everything is really well maintained. The food options were great and the entertainment was a blast. Only thing I’d suggest is having an app to make restaurant reservations and see which places are open and their hours—that would make it even easier. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back! "

"As a couple in our 40s who have been avid travelers for many years, we can confidently say this resort exceeded our expectations in many ways. The cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent service, and the overall relaxing atmosphere stood out right from the start. The thoughtful room design, quality furnishings, and attentive butler service were especially impressive — truly a 10/10 experience.Dining was another highlight, with consistently good food options and top-notch spirits and cocktails. We would also rate the variety and availability of dining choices a 10/10.If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be the dinner reservation system. At present, it feels like guests need to strategize daily, and even then reservations can be hard to secure unless you’re waiting right at the door between 6–7 PM. A more streamlined system would greatly enhance the guest experience.Additionally, while we loved the resort itself, the beach and water conditions were disappointing due to seaweed, which at times created an unpleasant smell.That said, these were minor drawbacks compared to the overall experience. This truly stands out as the best couples-oriented resort we’ve stayed at. Having visited multiple Secrets and Dreams properties as well as other brands within and beyond AM Resorts/Hyatt, this resort has left the strongest impression on us — and we look forward to returning."
