"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — it was better than we expected. The staff was always very attentive and helpful, always greeting us with smiles and kindness; truly very professional. The facilities were very clean, and the room service was excellent. We would definitely come back. Just one remark: on our last day, I believe there was maintenance being done in the room next door, and because of that, a smell of paint or thinner was coming through the ventilation, which caused throat irritation for my wife. My suggestion is to avoid assigning guests to rooms that are close to those undergoing construction or maintenance."

The resort delivered exactly what I needed, a relaxing, fun, and well-run getaway that balanced comfort with great entertainment and outstanding service. "⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors.
