"Everything good just the beach we don’t like it "

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"It was a beautiful resort. We had the swim our family club room. It was great for our young children and access to all the family club amenities. I am not basing our vacation off of this. It was excellent after this however our check in was a bit rocky with a room that hadn’t been cleaned(mold in the sinks), fridge didn’t work, tv and phone was broken. "Before we arrived, we read a lot of reviews about this property and we’re a little apprehensive because some people said negative things. We were delighted to find out that none of them are true. This property and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We stayed in bases, which is adults only and our Concierge Lisandro was very attentive and made sure that we had anything that we needed. Our room was wonderful and so were the restaurants. "This is a very large resort and lots of walking is required. Very quiet at night, no real place to sit and have a nice drink after hours. Pretty much a ghost town after midnight. They are very happy to give rides if required and staff will a friendly! "
