"It was a very nice place. Pools were well maintained. Staff were really friendly, although I did meat staff members who were not so friendly at all. The one person who awaits people at the airport in Cancun had a very unwelcoming demeanor. I don’t know he’s name, but if anyone in charge ever reads this, I hope they know that the tall guy who awaits arrivals at the Cancun airport is not professional at all. I really hope never see him again. Other than that, we are very much looking forward to returning to Xcaret Hotel México!"

"Rooms are cleaned and maintained daily, food is great and available every day from 7AM-10AM, 12-3PM, 6PM-10PM. Alcohol is available 24Hrs, Parties and clubs available every night. Pools and beaches available everyday during the day. Absolutely the perfect vacation if you drink alcohol and enjoy swimming/tanning. Plently more is available but those 2 things this place does the best."

"Pools where excellent and service on them was exceptional. Had access to all of Xcaret parks including transportation, all you need is your bracelet and you have access to all parks, transportation and food. We stay in 5 different rooms for 6 days and unfortunately 1 of the rooms the tv was not working on the left side of the screen and was not able to order in room service because that's the side the menu appears. (We need to order room service for my 81 year mother in law that was on her rest day after 2 days in the parks and you cant take food from the restaurants to the rooms because you suppose to have room service if tv is in working condition) also the phone for that room was not available on the first day."

"Wow! Easily the best resort we have stayed at. I am not Vegan but the best part of this trip was definitely the food. The all-inclusive is the best deal around by far. There are plenty of non-vegan options but honestly I mostly ate the vegan versions. Everything was top-shelf. Charlies Vegan Tacos were a highlight. And we actually lost some weight while we were there since its so healthy. The service was incredible. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We got to know by name many of the staff. The Pools are about the best I have seen and the beach (when there is not seaweed) is incredible. And they keep it cleaner than any other beach around. Every time we ventured out to try something different we came back to the hotel because it was just better. The free classes like Yoga were amazing as well. I feel this is a secret that will soon be out. But thank you to all the staff who were part of this experience."
