"Staff amazing . Everyone took such great care of us ..we felt like family. Special shout out to William, Hector and the woman who makes all the yummy omelets (she works her tail.off). Also the head of the bellman took extra Special care of us and we appreciate him and the rest of his staff (after a long travel day his name eacapes me) . The entire staff took great care of us and our 85 yo mom who needed some extra assistance. Holiday Inn better take notice and not change much . The only thing that would make it better is higher beach chairs at the pool and beach ...even my young self was struggling. If nothing changes we will be back !"
