난방 기능 형편없음

일단 겨울여행으론 비추합니다. 한실인데 보일러가 형편없고 추워서 잠도 제대로 못잤네요. 새벽에 찾아가 부탁까지 했는데 그대로였어요. 중앙난방 시스템이라 방에 온도조절없는것도 이해하고 보일러틀었다는데 왜그러지? 하는것보다 뭔가 전체적인 난방자체를 손보셔야겠네요. 어느정도 돌아가는정도였기는하나 바닥만 살짝 미지근하고 전체적으로 찬바람이 돌아 아이가 계속 춥다고 잠을 못잤어요. 위치는 좋네요. 동해시내랑 가깝고 바다는 10분정도 걸어가면 나와요. 동네자체도 조용하고 좋고 금액대비 청결은 뭐 평범하구요. 다 좋으면 뭐하나요. 여름에 에어컨안되고 겨울에 난방 제대로 안되면 무슨소용인가요. 전 너무 싫네요. 특히 아이와 함께하는 가정은 적극 비추합니다.

Excellent value

Excellent value and nicely renovated. Walking distance to beach, "golden bat" cave, and many good restaurants. We had a great time in Donghae.

대체적으로 깨끗/방은 작은편/탁자 없음/방 분위기는 붉은색쪽/가격은 다른곳에 비해 저렴하나 휴가 끝인데 그닥/1인 추가 2만원/주변 경치 없음

새로 리모들링 해서 전체가 깨끗해요 주변에 식당 쇼핑 아주편하고 10분 걸어가면 까아만 밤하늘 아래 밤바다가 짠하고 나타납니다 아주편하게 2박했어요 가성비? 그동네 최고입니다

휴가철 가족여행으로 숙박했습니다. 코로나로 인해서 그런지, 저렴한 가격에 깨끗하고 조용한 곳에 머물다 왔습니다. 특별히, 리모델링한 욕실이 맘에 들었습니다.

객실과 욕실이 넓고, 욕실에는 비데가 설치 되어 있습니다. 객실과 욕실의 청결 상태 매우 좋았습니다. 체크인과 체크 아웃시 매우 친절히 응대해 주셨습니다. 개인차가 있겠지만 침대가 조금 하드해서 불편 했습니다.

예약을 하고 쳭크인하러 가니 예약 명단에 없다고해서 당황했는데 룸 하나를 배정해 줘서 잘 잤어요 예약사항이 잘 전달이 안된것 같음

친절하고 깨끗한 숙소를 원하신다면 실망할 수 있어요.

큰 온돌방이 있다고 하여서 예약을 했습니다. 인원추가 되어서 첫날 추가금 결제를 하였고, 둘째날 되니 또 추가금 있다고 결제하라고 하여서 했어요. 날이 갑자기 더워져서 에어콘 리모컨 달라고 했더니 카운트가 바바써 가지러 오라고 했었구요. 카운트는 손님들과 마찰 현장을 이틀 있으면서 몇 번 보았네요.

最近内装をリフォームされたようで、特にバスルームは新しく清潔でした。簡単なものでしたが朝食もいただけました。スタッフの方々はとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在できました。レセプションにスタッフの方が飼っている犬が遊びに来ていて、とても可愛かったです。

방이나 화장실 크기는 컸습니다만, 공간활용이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 화장실에 샤워기 등은 새걸로 바꾸셔서 좋았지만 문 등도 함께 교체했으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다.

큰 모텔 느낌

주차장 매우 넓고 좋네요.. 방은 호텔이라기 보다는 모텔에 가깝고요 화장실은 새로 공사했는지 상당히 깨끗한 편입니다.. 조식은 빵 계란 시리얼 딸기쨈 커피 우유고요 로비 한쪽에 좀 어이없이 휑하게 있어서 먹기가 조금 민망했어요..

4인 가족이어서 더블침대 2개인 곳을 예약한다는 걸 ..분명히 2개 있는곳을 예약한 건데.. 결재된 걸 보니 더블침대1개내요 2인기준에 추가2명 4만원 더 지불하기로 하고 1박을 했내요 일박하고 사장님께서 불편하심 4인방으로 바꿔주신다고 하시더라구요 성수기라 기대도 안했었는데 너무 감사하더라구요 사장님의 배려로 저흰 덕분에 바닥에서 못자는 저희 신랑이랑 아들도 아늑한 곳에서 편하게 머무를 수 있었답니당 다음에도 강원도여행을 할 때 꼭 다시 방문하려구요

호텔이란 이름의 모텔. 편안한 숙박은 안됨.잠만 자는 곳. 주변은 식당도 많고 편의시설이 잘 갖추어져있어 좋고 주차도 넓어서 여유가 있음. 다만 hotels.com에서 예약한 내역이 호텔 기록에 안 남아있어 체크인 때 어느 방을 예약했었는지 증빙을 보여달라는데 예약 내역에도 정확히 안 남아있어 시스템적으로 개선이 필요함. 조식은 간단 토스트와 커피, 씨리얼, 삶은 계란.그래도 사장님이 친절은 하심

Even though the staff could not speak English they were so helpful - we were trying to find the bus stop and when the lady couldn’t explain it to us she took us in her car to the bus stop - nothing was too much trouble
