"The resort is very nice, beautiful views and location. The staff is very friendly and our cleaning lady Michelle W was fabulous with cleaning our room and keeping it stocked. It wasn’t too crowded, always found a spot by the pool under an umbrella. The 4 of us would definitely go back. "
"I read all the reviews before booking so I hope this helps someone in the future. I don't think we have ever had a vacation rental this amazing. Super clean, amazing safe neighborhood and really nice little touches. The beds were super comfortable, and I have back issues so this is important to me. We stayed 1 night at one of the big upscale resorts mainly so we could use the waterpark and the beds there were much less comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked, with some really thoughtful snacks left for our arrival. And all the beach stuff, chairs, kid's sand bucket, cooler, made it so much better to go to the beaches everyday. We brought a 9 year old who was so delighted by the room with the bunk beds and all the kid touches around. She really enjoyed sitting at the desk making art. It was great to be able to use the kitchen instead of eating out constantly. I seriously cannot state too many times how wonderful our stay was. And Tony was always really prompt at communication. "

"It was cozy and warm. Very homely feeling. That was the highlight. What I didn't like was the roaches that kept coming out of the kitchen and in the dinning area. I called the person in charge and got no answer nor email message response. He called and told me if there was a problem to let him know, but after that no response. I guess the can of Roach spray in the kitchen, under the sink was the answer. Other than that it was great. I took pictures of the roaches, and made a videos of our exit. Idon't want a repeat of 2 other times i rented units where they wanted my review and once ihave it because they did not like what i wrote they lied on me. My suggestion is for them to fumigation, not roach spray the unit. By the way, I'm a travel agent. We left early because of our flight. We still had tons of fun and enjoyed our stay there, just not the roaches. "
