"After our flight was canceled, this hotel was a lifesaver! We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long night of traveling, and thanks to Latonia, she got us into our room early so we could get some sleep! "The day I checked out, I started with a shower. However, I did not finish the shower because the vertical metal handle came away from the wall. Since I am already handicapped, I became quite nervous. Thank God I was able to maneuver myself out of the tub without falling. I reported this when I checked out and suggested that no one use that room until the wall/handle were fixed. "

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
