"A nicely restored Art Deco Hotel in downtown Buffalo. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The public areas show their age in places--some banged up woodwork and floor tiles missing--but overall this is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the coffee shop downstairs is one of the best in town."

Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here."

"I was visiting for just an overnight stay. I had some errands to run and I also needed to have a package delivered to me there. When I checked in, the package had been delivered and the staff stored it in a refrigerator for me. My room also had a refrigerator. The room was well-prepared. I loved the shower (with a bench) and the choice of soaps, etc. that were available. I was on the fifth floor which was very quiet. One odd thing is that when I opened the door of the room refrigerator, I found...

"This was an incredible stay - very happy with the service from the check in, the cleaning staff, the hostess and server in the restaurant and the valets. Everyone was terrific and gave us extraordinary service. The room was fantastic. Great city views. We stayed for the Nate Bargatze show. Loved the show and the ease of getting to and from Key Bank Center. We are at Panorama on 7 after the show and it was delicious! Great place- will definitely return if we come for another show!"
