"I did not rate this 5 stars as it was barely a 1.This hotel was a nightmare from the start when i tried to check-in! Despite my showing the manager I had a confirmation number for 2rooms/4nights/6 people,he only had 1 room and suggested we share the 2 queen beds! He did come up with a mini suite for the first night and could find a second room for the last 2 nights leaving me to find an alternative. Unless you have death wish, I would book elsewhere as I'm sure the health department would shut it down. There's mold on the walls (don't stay on the 3rd floor!), room carpets are disgustingly filthy and housekeeping has no idea what theirnob entails. Wet towels(3days) were never collected, waste baskets never emptied, beds made with sheet over duvet ... This was must a bigantic germ fest!!"

"Loved the Butlers , Danny and Kade! Kade was so knowledgeable about the area and the architecture . Danny did us right by telling us about Mothers Restaurant and Skinny the bartender. Loved that place! Also loved the nightly cocktails in the bar area at the Mansion!! Great stay."

"A hotel unlike any other I've stayed at. Amenities are off the chart, especially the urban hot springs, while the rooms are upscale and high-tech. The bathroom deserves special mention, with a heated bidet and remarkable shower. Honestly, you never want to leave the room once you check in. "
