"We stayed at the Swiss Luxury Apartments for the start of our honeymoon for four nights. The location is really good a block or two from Lake Geneva and the staff were very friendly, the apartment itself was very comfortable with a wonderful bed. It wasn’t perfect, for a very expensive hotel there were issues, the hot water isn’t nearly hot enough, we had a cushion with a tear, we were promised a daily gift but these didn’t all arrive. "This is a fantastic location. You can see the lake when you walk out of the hotel. It’s on the same road as the manor shopping centre. It’s 5 mins walk from the Swiss tours tourist office, less than 10 mins walk from the station and 7 min - 10 min walk from la Pâquis, which is great for food options and has a famous and popular cheese place. There is a Starbucks next door and a subway around the corner. The hotel itself is pleasant. I would say it’s a three star as there was no bar or room...

"The staff here were fabulous. In the rooms, for Shampoo and Conditioner, they have tiny plastic sample size bottles that are changed everyday. It’s very wasteful, and the shampoo majorly dries out your hair. I stayed here for two weeks and fortunately had brought my own bars of shampoo and conditioner. Would very much appreciate if they could change this moving forward."
